Worried about purchasing online? If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email customerservice@sabreeyewear.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can exchange or refund your order, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number for your order.

Domestic orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include you RA number on the parcel, Please allow 5 days from the time we receive your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at customerservice@sabreeyewear.com, Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item. Please allow 5 days from the time we receive your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
